Good question. Was this the same project where Rommel Feria asked for volunteers on this list? Next time I see one of the commissioners, I hope to remember to ask about this.

For whatever it may be worth, FLOSS is on the CICT's roadmap. There's a plan to distribute FLOSS CDs, I think to gov't offices. I was just looking at the message about it a while ago, will forward it to this list, or better yet, point to the INQ7.net story which I think was referenced in the message. -- Daniel O.
