Anyhow, I'd really want to see this `bill' flying on the points that
it should actually work, instead of being yet another excuse for a
budget `in aid of legislation.'  The choice of distro also ought not
to be the focus; I'd rather push that to the
implementors/users/people, than have it claimed from on high that
distro X is the officially-recognized distro of the Philippine
Republic.

really have a basis for our speculations, instead of speculating on
`thin air'?  Thanks.
