The one that you attended in September was a public forum sponsored by our office. This November 15 hearing is the first hearing to be held by the Committee on ICT, after the bill was referred by the Plenary. Will you be in town on the 15th? I can ask the Committee Secretariat to invite you as one of the resource persons.
