i am smartbro user also and i have seen it down for just 3 times and
the downtime is less than an hour. i agree that your problem may lie
on the lan card being not detected. if you have gone past that then at
first time use or switching lan cards or machine you will see the
portal where you need to login using the credentials they provide when
they install your antenna.
