Trouble is Gedit doesn't have syntax highlighting. I still prefer NEdit, trouble is NEdit is Motif-based and doesn't have Pango and nice font anti-aliasing. Since I'm not a full-time developer anymore, I don't want to have to deal with the bloat of Eclipse.
