I think this is similar to the at&t vs microsoft patent claim. US
courts said that US patent laws cant be applied outside the us.
I dont think MS saying that someone violated their IP IS a problem.
They can say anything they want.
Its not going to stop me from using linux or study MS software.
A lot of MS software and drivers has been reverse engineered and sold
by companies outside the US. And they cant do anything about it.
