Not so much anymore. The patent climate has changed. All new software
patent claims will most probably be thrown out. According to groklaw.

Bakit parang every 2 or 3 years eh meron nagdedemanda sa linux. Like a
couple of years ago with microsoft's lackey SCO. Talo naman ata.

Ngayon meron na naman, well if linux did really infringe on something, then
it should be brought out now so as the community can do something about it
and also to stop once and for all all this FUD.
Microsoft is just afraid because all the other company (like Oracle with
their Linux, Dell Preinstalled with Linux, UN shifting all its Lotus to
Linux and etc etc) are moving towards linux. They can see that they are
losing a big territory.

And microsoft is never know to play fair, its been proven in court several
times how they malpractice competition

So, ang masasabi ko lang, LET THE FIGHT BEGIN!!!.... inside the court of
course.
