Exactly. this is pure and simple fud. if they have proof--- Microsoft
with their army of lawyers would already be in court yesterday.
And a court battle will be good for Linux and IBM than it would be
for microsoft. ibm has been itching for a fight to get back at m$ for
the whole PC debacle.
