Hi guys,

TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Developement Authority ) IT Programs like
Computer Hardware Servicing NC II and PC Operations NC II and Programming NC IV
"TEST PACKAGE" mostly covers microsoft products.

If you pass any of these certification from tesda you are "competent". How
about those who are competent and experts on Linux and open office and other
programming languages. How can they be certified competent ?

any comments?
