TESDA has list of certified individuals there in various categories. Yes in
my opinion TESDA certification is relevant. It is being used if your going
abroad specially those who are going to to be household workers, security
personel, technicians, welders and laborers.
Yes some companies do ask for certifications when you are applying for a
local job. Believe me, its quite hard to get one computer certification in
TESDA. It takes a whole day to assess your skills and knowledge.
I think TESDA shouldn't only used microsoft products in certifications. They
should also have training regulations and certifications for Linux users.
