(and distortion/harmonics) to the main line at hte house? o suppressed
na to from the psu itself.

should we also de-rate UPS to get better/optimal operation based on
this load? i would assume UPSs are rated for "inductive"
characteristic of switched mode supplies.

the reason i asked, because we've always got busted UPS. perhaps due
to overloading (?) or line frequency shifts from power generator
(because we have some electricians that compensates voltage drop by
speeding up the rpm of the genset). are the line frequecny shifts
affects both UPS and switched-mode suppliies?
