considering pldt? good luck! hehe, kidding aside you need not maintain two isp's just have the transition done on a weekend or on off-peak hours, dns propagation does not take that much time these days. all you need to change in your modwest's dns manager is the ip address from the old isp to the new isp, then create the necessary cname, a and ns records that points to the new ip address provided by the new isp then delete the old settings.
