amen to that, globe's dsl sucks too even though their DSU is just located in taipan place, although we didn't experience the torrent issue you mentioned but it took them a while figuring out the issue as to why there's no upstream, their technical support sucks big time, you can't contact them even when using globe's own line and when help finally came they are usually inept because all of them are subcon's, imagine they sent a total of four technical crew to figure out what's wrong with their service, each one has a different version as to the root cause of the issue, one of them even blaming the switch to which their modem/router is connected, imagine that! -- http://jangestre.wordpress.com
