This is just sad. My first reaction was "who the heck would want to work in San Isidro, Nueva Ecija?"
Then my second thought was, who cares enough to work in San Isidro, Nueva Ecija? surely there are people there who can benefit from the collective store of knowledge lurking on this list, right? But the big question is, who would make what's undeniably a personal sacrifice (not to mention career hara-kiri) by going there. I've had my share of conducting training and brown bag sessions for students in the provinces. And, while it's appreciated, I don't think it's that useful. What's needed is follow-through. Some hot shot dropping in every 3 to 6 months and babbling about some technology just isn't that useful, these students need someone there 100%. But all of the decent IT types I see out of the provinces can't wait to get out of the provinces. On 10/23/07, Luisito G.
