Most of the good BSIT graduates get employed as soon as they
graduate, and they get paid higher than instructors in colleges.
So they don't bother to get a Master's degree in IT. (I think that
is M.S. degree, not M.A. degree). Your best bet is to write to
graduate schools in computer science (UP, Ateneo, DLSU) and
check if any of their graduate students (doing MSIT/MSCS) is
looking for a job. You may not find any.

Another possibility is to get one of your instructors with a BS degree
and send him to one of the schools above to pursue an MS degree
under a CHED scholarship.  There are many CHED scholarships
to help college teachers with BS degree get a MS degree, but there
are very few takers.
