I did not say the board needs to be paid in my email. But I am in the opinion that they should be given honorariums just like in the corporate world. However, that is a different matter and not in the best interest of PLUG right now. It can be an option in the future though. What I suggested was that the staff working for the organization be paid staff and that includes an executive director.
