It depends on what PLUG wants to focus on. If it's purely technical then membership fees maybe enough. Maybe this mailing list is enough. However if the focus is on the promotion of Linux then it might be better to adapt the NGO model where a significant part of the operating expenses is done through fund-raising activities or contributions by non-members. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
