| Encrypted emails can be blocked on the server as not conforming with the | company policies. Are you referring to encrypted attachments or encrypted email message? Encrypted attachment is trivial to block, but I'm not sure if it is even sane/safe to (re: false positive) block encrypted email messages which are only digitally signed and encrypted given you have a regular expression to use as basis for the rejection. | | Just have to pick up the encryption headers. _If_ there is really an intention to read someone's email message. (although the original OP clearly states that there is, I can't imagine someone spending lots of his time decrypting tons of email messages on a daily basis just for the sake of someone to read it) Heck, just use public webmail services for personal emails, and if those are blocked in the http proxy as well, then just bypass the http proxy. (which are very-very easy to do nowadays and is one of my problems right now) regards, Kenneth | | | | On Thursday 07 February 2008 8:19:25 am Kenneth P.
