I encountered that issue in DL360 on standard CD install of RHEL4.0
32bit. Before it could only see 1 CPU and less than 4GB of RAM, the
box has 8GB installed. Kernel upgrade fixed the issue, it can now see
4CPUs and 8 GB RAM.
