Searching thru the Kannel forum, I was able to read that you need smppbox, which is not free, for Kannel to accept incoming smpp connection. Kannel is only a smsc client and not a smsc server. Drop kannel early while you can or else you will end up being tied to it but will not perform according to your demands in the future. I know many mobile Vas provider who thought mobile business is easy to setup with just using kannel but in the end they have gone out of business because of it. If you need something that is more than just a hobby, contact Megamobile, an IPVG company. Email us email at [EMAIL PROTECTED] or call 6673332 On Thu, Feb 28, 2008 at 12:49 PM, Mark Anthony C. Now, they want to send some sms to us also using smpp. I'm not sure how to configure in which kannel will accept smpp connections. I'm not even sure how to configure the port in which Kannel smpp will listen. Thanks.
