Martin Aspeli, one of the core developers of Plone, wrote a book called Professional Plone Development. It is a must have for developing with Plone 3. IMHO, Zope/Plone has the features you want and more, especially if you know how to program with Python. I must warn you though that Zope/Plone use advanced programming features and concepts. The learning curve is typically steep depending on your skills. However, I still believe that it is worth the investment in time.
