You mean Bosscentral? Shops.Work does not replace Bosscentral. Shops.Work will give you a data WAN. You'll have to setup your own VOIP infrastructure if you want to replace Bosscentral so you still don't get charged NDD for inter-office calls, but VOIP adds to your data traffic.
