Hi PLUGgers, (Might be OT but I'm sure you guys have lots of experience on this...)
I'm thinking of using cheap webhosting like hostmonster.com. They're cheap and loaded with lots of functionality. Could you tell me what's the down side? Any experiences? Would my users in the Philippines be able to view quickly my website? It's my first time to host a website outside my apartment PC so any ideas would be very much appreciated.
