If it is Pure Filipino access there was a large thread before on who to go
with. We just went with Layered Technologies, Inc. in the US.
I liked the idea that one click and I can get someone to upgrade the bandwidth
or the memory. You can purchase a Firewall, and they will not charge for a
DOS attack.
Speed is not bad, for our site.
I see a problem at time with globe and they proxy things so you have to get it
all perfect before uploading. And then at times still wait till they update
the proxy.
If I use TOR to test with it is slow just like other sites in the US, and
Europe but no stupid proxy in the way.
And it comes down to cost how much can you afford.
Their response has been really good so far when purchasing the site and i love
the Plesk configuration.
