Same for me, reason  #1. My work now has nothing to do with Linux.
When I'm chilling at home, it's on my Ubuntu PC... but that's only on weekends.
But, I don't hack on it much. I just use it as a desktop.
I haven't found the spare time and inclination to hack on the
different kvm OS images I set up

Java hasn't been slow for years, man ;) But believe it or not, I don't
code much anymore in Java - or any language.

Solaris - for work, I use Solaris/Sparc... haven't had much time to
hack on Solaris x86, even if I got it installed on my work laptop both
on a physical partition and on VMware.
