Well, that's a good point to consider. But, the main problem of PLUG is that, it doesn't have members in good standing to count on. My contention is: the people on this list are not members of PLUG (including me) rather members of the PLUG mailing list. Perchance, an organization without any member is not an organization at all. Subscribing to the fact that, organization is an aggregation of different individuals. I don't even know if PLUG is still registered to the SEC. Now, this is where my dilemma bites, how can we start thinking on the financial sustainability of PLUG if there are no members of good standing and officers that are conventionally elected. Who will stand up to fight or continue for its financial sustainability? Who will handle the fruits/money on the aftermath of the said event if that's the case? This is not a matter of delegation but an 'obligation' of a cause. That is, if we want to uplift this as a credible organization. For this reason, may I suggest that there will be members and officers of PLUG. It will be a challenge then to the new officers to amend its constitution and by-laws to state on how the organization can sustain itself financially and give some amount of money to people who really work for the organization.
