It is a lofty ideal, as it represents the organization's ideals. I tend to believe though that PLUG in the past was able to do the roles it has set itself to do, with varying results.
For an activity though, it's just too broad. I agree that there must be a definite focus. It would be best if we can tag along more like-minded organizations to our cause also.
