There were Goals. There were commitment. But not all who are in this list
were active in the org. I was one of them. There are people here who are
willing to give them a try again.

This is why I'm saying that we should revive PLUG the Org first. There needs
to be governance and direction from somewhere. Otherwise activities like the
expo may just be a "one hit wonder". Look at DabaweGNU.
