Hello list, I have noticed a decent speed on normal sites, a bit higher speeds on speed test sites (speedtest.net,etc) but when tested on streaming sites like youtube it looks like it never goes up 10kbps (even in the evenings)
Is there a possibility that Smartbro is throttling the bandwidth for these sites? How can I prove it? If I ask of course they would deny it..
