@speedtest: runs high on US servers & local servers. 

@youtube: Hmmm... I dunno about that, I experience this daily and it
shouldn't take long for youtube or other big name sites to slow down. 

@DNS: I'm not using smartbro's dns servers anymore, just opendns. I've
set the preferences for opendns not to restrict any sites.
