Mike,

I'm assuming you run *vmware-cmd *to start up the virtual machines after
they have been backed up?  How did you get past the error message that says
user intervention is required and the VM cannot start up?  (VMControl error
-16: Virtual machine requires user input to continue)

can i ask what command you used?  i tried a  bunch of different ways and it
wont work for me... or is there a setting that you need to set on your
vmware image?
