Hi Nhadie,

I have not tried this myself but it looks like it is possible with sysrescd.
Have a look at this link:

http://www.sysresccd.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2138&highlight=software+raid

>>>quote<<<
As far as I know, with the official release (not Beta, maybe this is
still working anyway from the 1.0.3 to Beat versions), you can use
"dodmraid" parameter at boot time. This should activate all fake/software raid
disk.

I used this parameter for a Promise 20378 chipset.

Vino

Hi!

We have a proposed project for an agency with the following requirements;

    1. One group will answer a short questionnaire via WAP and web
regarding stocks inventory and location. data collected will be saved in
a database.
    2. Another group will inquire about the a particular product on
stock via SMS and receive info thru SMS also (auto-reply). Data will be
retrieved from the database containing data collected from first group.

We plan to use PHP, mySQl and kannel.

Problem is we don't have any experience with kannel or any other WAP and
SMS gateway.

Any tips, hints,pointers and advice on how to implement this project
smoothly is greatly appreciated.

TIA

Jay

We have this project before with the same scenario of yours, only using gsm
modem with simcard, and because our target is just SMS-based application,
though it is accessible also via web, we ended up using gnokii, it has nice
interface to database (mysql,psql), and of course its easy to implement :)

Please inquire with MegaMobile Inc, same service is already available to
GSK.

You can email [EMAIL PROTECTED] or call 6673332 and look for Aris

Hi guys,

I am using procmail and formail to parse email and pass the generated values to
a perl script.

Here is my .procmailrc

PATH=/bin:/usr/bin
MAILDIR=$HOME/Mail
LOGFILE=/home/sms/procmail.log
VERBOSE=yes

SHELL=/bin/bash

TO=`formail -xTo:`
SUBJECT=`formail -xSubject: | expand | sed -e 's/^[ ] *//g' -e 's/[
] *$//g'`
SENDER=`formail -xFrom: | expand | sed -e 's/^[ ]*//g' -e 's/[
]*$//g'`
BODY=`formail -I ""`
SENDER=`formail -rtzxTo:`
:0
| perl /home/sms/massms/newsms.pl $SENDER $TO $BODY $SUBJECT  >>
/home/sms/massms/maillog.txt

Whenever
I try to send an email, The sender and the recipient parts are passed
successfully. However when I have a message such as follows, the Body part is
not passed to my perl script:

Subject: Hi there this is a Test
Message: hello this is a test,

With this message, the passed values to my perl script would be Subject: Hi and
Body: there..

whenever
a space is detected in the subject of the email, it parses the subject
and assigns the other part of the subject as the body. With this, the
whole body of the email is not passed to my perl script...

Could anyone please point out what could be the problem with my procmail
script?

Thank you so much in advance,
joyce
