Off the top of my head, I can think of Tripwire for Enterprise, which
has a GUI that you might need. Don't know who sells that here in Pinas
though. Tripwire Open-Source might work for you, if budget is low but
skills are good enough.

If you need more granular controls, there's BSM for Solaris boxes
while there is SE Linux too. Both are about C2 auditing of files.
