The European Union believes in FOSS.  They sponsored Carlo Daffara to create
a FOSS SME Guide.  You might want to take a look at it.  Its available at

If you want more bullets, you might want to get a copy of the speech of the
Brazilian President endorsing FOSS.  He recently attended a FOSS event in
