I wish to cause no offense but the catch with this marketing-ese message is
that KahelOS does not want to be different and therefore doomed to be
drowned in the sea of thousands of Linux-based OS distros, I like the use of
Orange though, thus the word 'Kahel'.

Most distros are either Debian- or Red Hat-based with minor Slackware
derivatives (CRUX, upon which Arch Linux upon which KahelOS is based, was
inspired by Slackware).

Here are suggestions for what can make this a more radical distro many will
crave for:
1) Replace or augment GCC with LLVM for fast devt and compile time to create
optimized binaries
2) Desktop environment other than GNOME and KDE, everybody's done it
already, maybe http://www.humanized.com can give you insight on this.
3) For server deployment, how about Nginx rather than Apache for web server
(small, fast, secure)? PostgreSQL rather than MySQL for database (secure,
feature-rich, standard-compilant)?

Maybe you can express your opinion on this and make KahelOS more relevant
and be really an above average Filipino-made distro.
I'll ask my friends how to get to Angeles, Pampanga and hope to be there to
attend SFD.
