I think Oscar's position is clear. If we cannot trust the programmers
who then can we trust?

Our position is also clear:
-if a rogue prorammers enters the equation, we would like to try and
catch the code
- we would like to comply with the law

Unfortunately we both sides cannot be bridged. So let's just do what
we believe is right. Either ask for source code or check the outcome
via simulation resting.  If both happen, then good.
