Does it have to be DVD Video? Why not use .avi files instead? As even the cheap DVD players you can buy in Quiapo can play this type of file. A 1-hour Standard Definition NTSC .avi video (480p?) is about 300MB, so you can easily cram 14 hours into a DVD disc without sacrificing the video and audio quality.
