So you've written the abstract for your business plan, although it needs a bit of cleaning up to be really diplomatic.
Where's the rest of it? Note that if you really want to do a good job you'll probably have to develop some of that Microsoft expertise. This is good and bad -- good, because these are perilous times and having the M$ expertise means easy money, bad, because you have to choke down all the training, good, because then you have the ammunition to counter what M$ says, bad -- well, you get the idea.
