Any favorite tools for extracting/converting a pdf image to another image format?
My brother-in-law sent me a pdf that is all image. It has a newspaper article from the 1960s. It comes as two separate pdf files which must be read alternately, since the the top half of the page was scanned to the first pdf and the bottom half to the second.
