Russell, The company has a community-supported linux group. I can sign up there and see what help might be available. I have a SATA-USB external drive adapter. Could the upgrade be done somehow connecting your drive via USB? I could download the .exe (or whatever they use) onto a separate thumb drive. If this might work I'll be happy to bring laptop, adapter, and me to anywhere convenient for you.
