Mike, Nope. Nothing but what was on the hard drive. FWIW, Dell will ship the E5410 with Ubuntu rather than Windoze, but you still cannot upgrade the BIOS with their factory installation of Ubuntu. Wonder how they explain that. I've been offered a hard drive with Win on it. I don't know if it can boot from an external connection or whether I need to take off the bottom cover, dig out the hard drive, swap them, then figure out how to upgrade the BIOS, and return the system the way it was.
