If I attempt to install from CDROM to a hard disk, the installer message comes up, Welcome to Slackware bla bla, gives me options to pass extra parameters to the kernel and to select a kernel such as hugesmp.s No matter which kernel I select, the loader will load the kernel, load initrd but as soon it attempts to boot the kernel, a few screenfulls of stuff scroll by ending with: Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init! > Any error codes/messages?
