Well, if we're just talking general longest-running-linux and not something specifically made for friends and family, my web-servers were installed in 1997(ish) and haven't been re-installed since. Only upgrades. Been running Debian Testing the entire time. (And only had two catastrophic upgrades, both times recoverable without re-installing or restoring from backup- One involved the switch to Apache 2.0, the other was when that SSH bug was found in Debian-derived distros).
