I've tried a handful of different terminal emulators (aterm, Eterm, roxterm, rxvt, urxvt, wterm; 6-fingered hand here) and they all shift long lines to the left instead of wrapping them. Ergo, something other than the v.t. from rxvt to urxvt at that time. Since the common factor in all these terminal emulators is the bash command line, it seems reasonable to ask what about the command line might prevent long lines from wrapping?
Where do I look for such knowlege? Is there a mail list or forum of bash gurus who might have insights into this problem? Rich _______________________________________________ PLUG mailing list [email protected] http://lists.pdxlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
