Keep in mind that any given repair shop - and that includes the third party :-( company that Lenovo outsources their laptop repair to - will have the same access to parts that you do. "XYZ Laptop Repair And Muffler Shop" will find their parts from junkers, ebay, etc. No guarantee of top quality unless you buy the parts yourself.
