Many years ago, a friend of mine had one... I don't remember it's make or model at all. We found that the software to configure it was kind of finicky, but once configured, it seemed to work alright. A few notes: It was primarily a storage card, with the added feature of being able to wirelessly sync pictures to a running file server; It didn't run any kind of server on it's own. In other words, no ability to access files on the card remotely. Rather, one sets up a Samba share, and whenever the card sees the registered WiFi network, it dumps itself into that samba share. This functionally may not be what you expect.
