I too have had way better  experience with Dell. I usually end up getting parts 
delivered, within a day, and half the time they don’t want the broken part 
back. When they do, they give me a pre-paid container to send it back. I’ve 
been dealing with Dell off and on for 15 or more years. I recommend them based 
on my personal experiences with them.

Not discounting your experiences Keith. I’m just floored at what you are 
relating because it’s just so polar opposite of my experiences.
