I note this  entry in the  document:

L. Free Geek, by its very nature and mission, reserves the right to
waive any fees to and for certain community service or non profit
organizations.

Attendees could contribute to the $20 fee.  The only other choice is a new
venue.
Is ^H too far away?  That would require a member of ^H to attend (always).
