Folks, I am sort of getting into an area that I understand the theory but have not done it. The first thing some people are going to say once I state what I want, is why not Skype or G+ or one of the other commercial platforms. But I would like to setup a small video call server. The video calls would be coming in from smart phones, the system needs to be able to handle just video calls (or just audio but mostly audio/video). Also need a linux client and a windows clients and there Something I can quickly setup and demonstrate, then if we need more we can go to a full video conferencing system. I see a lot of options but look like they need a lot of setting up and at this time I am looking for something I can set up on a linux box with minimal configuration and let it run while the user is testing it.
