I don't have much control over what's on the screen in BIOS, but it
does seem to still be there. The lower lines look dimmer than the
first several.

One other symptom is that there is a kind of ghosting. I can move my
mouse pointer, and a "ghost" of my pointer will remain for a few
seconds where it had been. Same thing with whole terminal windows.
That suggests it isn't just some dodgy connection. And then, sometimes
it will just get better and be fine. WUT?
